Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing, through our team (see Contact). A booking is cancelled once we have received your message. Please quote your name and the booking reference.

A 30 % retainer is paid with the invoice we send, and the rest is due 14 days before the start of the activity or before arrival.

A two-night minimum stay applies between 01 December 2026 and 31.12.2026, and a booking cannot be changed to a shorter period. See the sales and booking conditions for the details.

Office costs and cancellation fees are deducted from the price or the retainer before we refund anything.

A no-show is treated as a cancellation, and the full price is due.

These cancellation terms apply in all cases, including illness and flight cancellations or changes. That is why we recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, we may cancel or change a booking. If we cancel and you are entitled to a refund under the law, you receive the refund the law requires. We may offer another date or a credit voucher, if you agree. We tell you about any cancellation or change as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a booking is a package travel arrangement under Finnish law, your statutory rights about cancellation, refunds, changes to the programme and the organiser's liability take precedence over anything on this page.

Groups, tailor-made programmes, retreats and events can have their own payment and cancellation conditions. Those we have agreed in writing and confirmed apply to the booking. Where nothing has been agreed, the rules on this page apply.

A table request is not a paid booking. Please tell us as soon as you know you cannot come, preferably by 12:00 on the day. For groups, the terms in the confirmed reservation apply.
